The Terms & Conditions below
apply to all bookings made through our Website.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation in hotels
is subject to availability. If the listed hotel is fully booked,
alternate accommodation will be booked within the same hotel category
without surcharge/reduction. If no hotel in same category available,
we preserve the right to forward surcharge for any higher category
respectively reduction for any lower category. In case you request
the quotation with specific hotels, rate may change. All hotel
ratings are according to the local accreditation authority.

Single
Rooms: Single travellers often have to pay
over the odds for a room, even up to twice the price of a person in a
twin room might. We do understand that this is not fair; but it is a
fact established by the hotels.

Twin / Double Rooms:
Accommodation in hotels is based on
twins or doubles unless otherwise stated.

Triple/Quad Rooms: Usually triple or quad rooms are
double/twin rooms with an extra bed. As conditions may be cramped, we
strongly recommend you to consider booking two rooms.
TRANSFERS
Transfers from airports/hotels and
internal transfers are stated on each tour.
FLIGHTS
Usually, in Indonesia, the internal
flights are delayed or even cancelled. In the event of a flight being
delayed, we will arrange for the following to be provided. If
cancelled we will try to find out an alternative. However, we would
like to clarify that flight delays and cancellations are beyond our
control and we are not responsible for it.
INSURANCE
Cost
excludes travel
Insurance in all kinds
not.
We recommend you to have insurance cover adequate for your needs.
PEAK SEASON SUPPLEMENTS
Compulsory
surcharges and meal options apply during peak holiday period such as
Christmas, New Years and Lunar New Years.
These will be advised at
the time of booking or at any time should the hotel apply on an ad
hoc basis.
Some hotels have specific compulsory meal options for
groups.
The
cost of these supplements will be quoted to you at the time of
booking.
GROUP POLICIY
For group bookings of
minimum 24 full-paying persons, the 25th person is free of charge in
half twin room.
For group bookings of minimum 30 full-paying
persons, the 31st person is free of charge in single room.
BOOKING
AND PAYMENT FOR YOUR TOUR
When you confirm us your booking a
deposit of the 20% of the total amount needs to be paid. Then 20 days
before you arrive on your destination, the balance amount needs to be
paid. As soon as you make the deposit payment, we will send you an
invoice.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
25% of the total amount : 25 - 14
days before tour start date
50% of the total amount : 15 - 4
days before tour start date
75% of the total amount : 3 days
before tour start date
100% of the total amount : 2 days
before tour start date or no show or delayed show
We would recommend that you take
out full insurance, which will in most cases include cover, under
certain circumstances, against loss of deposit or cancellation fees.
CHANGES DUE TO
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable to pay any
compensation if we are forced to cancel or in any way change the tour
as a result of unusual or unforeseeable situations outside our
control like unavoidable technical problems with transport, changes
imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline, the
alteration of the airline or aircraft type, war or threat of war,
civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disaster, bad weather,
epidemic or terrorist activity.
